Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management

  • Team Oversight: Schedule employee shifts, assign duties, and provide clear direction and feedback during shifts.
  • Role Model: Demonstrate best practices and set a high standard in your area of responsibility.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach new employees, fostering their growth and success.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address customer and employee complaints promptly and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to both team members and management to improve operations and foster development.

Operational Excellence

  • Store Operations: Support and manage store opening and closing processes in alignment with company procedures.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are followed and enforced.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect store equipment and communicate repair or replacement needs to management.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Fostering a Positive Environment

  • Team Culture: Promote a positive work environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with team members, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership position, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Previous experience in coaching, training, and developing team members to achieve success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the brand and the ability to embody and represent its attributes.

  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve store performance.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

  • Proficiency with business systems and familiarity with the latest technology.

Availability
