Job Responsibility

  • Human Resources Function:
  • Recruitment: Champion end-to-end recruitment efforts for manpower supply in the logistics industry. Use recruitment tools, social media, and HR systems to attract and hire top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and implement onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Other HR-related tasks: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and support company events, meetings, social media and training sessions.
  • Business Operations Support: Collaborate with the operations team to achieve manpower supply goals and support marketing efforts for recruitment and employee branding.
  • Travel & Coordination: Travel within Klang Valley as required to visit hubs, employees, clients, and other relevant locations.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Must have at least 6 months of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, manpower supply, or the gig industry is a huge plus.
  • Possess a valid D license.
  • Own a car and be willing to travel around Klang Valley.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, social media platforms, and recruitment/HR tools.
