? Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for full-stack software development and programming tasks. You will use your expertise in computer science and object-oriented programming to design and implement robust software solutions that empower gig workers in managing their finances.

? What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the latest technologies.
• Work across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and databases, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to develop innovative features.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high reliability for our services.
• Research and implement best practices in FinTech development and software architecture.

? What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Full-Stack Web Development experience with strong fundamentals in software development and computer science.
• Expertise in Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, REST API, and Microservices.
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• A passion for solving challenging technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• FinTech experience.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Cross-platform mobile development skills.
• Exposure to software architecture, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
• Experience integrating third-party SaaS services/APIs.
