Your team

Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from industry experts and mentors from our Global Operations and Technology (GOTO) business. The team is responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For Ambitious And Talented Students Who Are Eager To Kickstart Their Career In The Financial Industry. Here Are Some Of The Attributes We Look For

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, and are available for an internship or graduate opportunity in 2026.
  • An interest in computer science, software engineering and AI.
  • Values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
  • Strategic thinkers with strong communication skills.

What else? We’re looking for individuals who are curious and are ready to bring different experiences, fresh ideas and creativity to the table. It doesn’t matter what you’re majoring in, but you do need to have a genuine interest in the financial industry.

Your program

Over the course of 6 months, you’ll get access to exclusive events and mentoring opportunities. We’ll also offer you a framework of support and guidance to grow your skills, confidence, as well as recruitment- and career-readiness. From skills to workshops, to business insights and interactive case studies, we’ve got you covered!

We’ll kick off with a two-day in-person event held at the UBS Center for Education and Dialogue in Ermatingen (22 and 23 April 2025). Space is limited, so apply soon. Applications close on 31 March 2025.
