We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual who is passionate about optimizing sales processes, driving business growth, and supporting senior leadership. This role combines strategic responsibilities with high-level executive assistance to ensure seamless operations and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline sales processes, systems, and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and tools to monitor sales productivity and performance.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy in strategic initiatives and operational execution.
  • Manage communication flow, ensuring follow-ups on key priorities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for the Revenue Head.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in a strategic or operational role supporting senior executives, preferably in a sales or commercial function.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales/CRM tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
