About The Opportunity

The MyChoice Estimator reports to the Business Development Manager and is part of the MyChoice team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to create and provide internal documents within a design studio capacity, maintaining systems, collateral, price lists, product pricing and pricing requests to internal stakeholders. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain MyChoice business systems to provide efficiency and remove errors
• Ensure correct pricing and profit margins in MyChoice Design systems and products
• Maintain pricelists so that prices are always current in accordance with company’s requirements
• Complete all administrative tasks and documents for the MyChoice Studio Development team in accordance with the company’s requirements including but not limited to usage reports, pricing reports, product sheets, creating internal documents
• Complete staircase pricing requests
• Complete product pricing as requested and approved
• Analyse Item Rates Audit Reports to maintain MyChoice Pricing nationally

About You

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MyChoice and NEX Group along with:

• 3 years’ experience as a residential production estimator
• Ideally a Cert IV in Building and Construction or similar
• Exceptional computer skills with a medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and strive to reach targets
• Experience in BusinessCraft, and / or Companion systems would be advantageous but is not essential
