We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT Product Owners and Managers in developing business requirements for product and system changes.

  • The ideal candidate will manage program and solution deployments with an agile mindset, ensuring customer expectations and desired outcomes are met.
  • This role involves overseeing projects from design to implementation, adhering to company strategies and policies, and utilizing specialized knowledge in IT and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT Product Owners and Managers to develop business requirements for product and system changes.
  • Manage program and solution deployments with an agile mindset to ensure customer expectations and desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Oversee projects from design to implementation, adhering to company strategies and policies, and utilizing specialized knowledge in IT and change management.
  • Drive the business agenda during program and solution delivery processes, ensuring expected results and timelines are met.
  • Analyze data and trends to develop recommendations for solving business problems.
  • Leverage problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate cross-functionally, enhance customer service, and drive process improvements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, software, technological concepts, and data interoperability, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Application Programming Interfaces (API).

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience working on data interoperability in the healthcare sector and in project management.
