- The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation, distribution, and delivery of goods.
- This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and transportation partners.
- The primary goal is to ensure that products reach their destinations on time, within budget, and in good condition. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely and accurate movement of goods from the warehouse to customers, ensuring delivery schedules are met.
- Track and maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Arrange and schedule transportation for goods, selecting the most cost-effective routes and methods while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and customs documentation. Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation coordination.
- Understanding of shipping, transportation regulations, and customs procedures.
- Ability to spot discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies in logistics processes. Technical Skills:
