Maintenance Worker

FULL TIME

5 days per week, 37-40 hours average per week may vary in slowand busy seasons, more or less hours accordingly.

Earliest shift will start at 6:00 a.m., latest shift will end at12:30 a.m.

Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and someholidays.

Preference placed on evening availability.

Job Description

Performs various repairs to insure that theLodge is maintained in good condition, including rooms, buildings,grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible or implementingpreventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. Helpsmaintain security.

Basic Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum oneyear experience of light repair and maintenance.

Ability to use/climb ladders, be on feet forcontinuous length of time, bend, reach, stretch and lift.

Valid state driver’s license required. Ability to drive lodge vehicles and be insured.
