Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-tier service while ensuring compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations.
• Take ownership of all aspects of community management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, resident relations, and tax credit compliance.
• Ensure accurate income certifications, recertifications, and reporting in accordance with tax credit program requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among team members.
• Develop creative solutions to address operational challenges and enhance the resident experience.
• Build positive relationships with residents, local organizations, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax credit (LIHTC) property management or a related field.

• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, income qualifications, and reporting requirements.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
