Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at the Podar headquarters in Mumbai. This full-time position requires individuals with 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition. The role demands expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to join our ever-expanding organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition, preferably within the education industry or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in sourcing strategies and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for various roles.
  • Capability in candidate screening to ensure the selection of candidates that align with the organizational values and requirements.
  • Effective negotiation skills to facilitate employment offers and close candidate agreements.
  • Experience in managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
  • Familiarity with bulk hiring and ability to manage large volumes of recruitment drives efficiently.
  • Exposure to campus recruitment strategies to attract fresh talent from educational institutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the recruitment needs of Podar Education Network.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to shortlist potential fits for various positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.
  • Engage in bulk hiring processes to ensure fulfillment of urgent manpower requirements efficiently.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to tap into fresh graduates and emerging talents.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the company culture.
