What you’ll be doing?

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing, Content, Editorial, and Procurement, to facilitate seamless activation.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to develop concepts and adaptations as per requirements.
  • Ensure all activations meet brand standards and maintain the highest quality.
  • Prepare reports with insights, feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist in executing PR strategies across online and offline media channels.
  • Manage PR and influencer requests, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, launch events, press mailings, and media coverage initiatives.
  • Distribute PR materials according to the PR calendar and strategic priorities.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, speeches, editorial content, and other PR materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze press and influencer coverage, strengthening relationships to maximize brand exposure.
  • Develop systematic reporting for PR activities, including monthly reports and post-event analysis.
  • Support special editorial projects and PR initiatives.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and budgets related to brand activations.

What we are looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in PR, media, advertising, luxury brands, online retail, digital communications, or publishing preferred.
  • Experience in writing and reviewing PR releases, with familiarity across various media formats.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and its evolving landscape.
  • Highly customer-focused, with a commitment to prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytical software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends, providing strategic recommendations as needed.
