We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As The Club & Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:

  • Greet VIP / Club guest and bit farewell
  • Provide a smooth check in and check out experience
  • Handle guests’ enquiries

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Minimum 1 year experience in service industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office or airline operations
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
