REMWaste, a leading UK Waste Management company partnering with 750+ suppliers nationwide, is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. We’re an innovative, fast-growing company serving the construction, engineering, demolition, and domestic sectors.
The Role Turn inbound leads into loyal customers while working from home. You’ll handle sales inquiries, provide solutions-focused customer service, and contribute to our company’s rapid growth.
What You’ll Do
- Convert qualified inbound leads into sales through consultative selling
- Manage customer relationships using our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance customer experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
What You Need
- Proven track record in inbound sales or telesales
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Professional home office setup including:
- Modern PC (8GB RAM minimum)
- High-speed internet (10Mbps+)
- Quality headset and webcam
- Backup power solution
- Quiet workspace
