REMWaste, a leading UK Waste Management company partnering with 750+ suppliers nationwide, is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. We’re an innovative, fast-growing company serving the construction, engineering, demolition, and domestic sectors.

The Role Turn inbound leads into loyal customers while working from home. You’ll handle sales inquiries, provide solutions-focused customer service, and contribute to our company’s rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into sales through consultative selling
  • Manage customer relationships using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

What You Need

  • Proven track record in inbound sales or telesales
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Professional home office setup including:
  • Modern PC (8GB RAM minimum)
  • High-speed internet (10Mbps+)
  • Quality headset and webcam
  • Backup power solution
  • Quiet workspace
