Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for driving the strategic development, enhancement, and growth of our Windows device management solution. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise mobility, Windows ecosystem, and the evolving needs of IT administrators and end-users. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Windows MDM platform

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in Windows enterprise mobility

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Prioritize feature development based on business impact and customer requirements

Regularly engage with enterprise customers, sales teams, and support departments to gather product feedback

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications

Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces

Manage the entire product development lifecycle

Serve as the primary product expert for the Windows MDM platform

Regularly report on product performance, user adoption, and business impact

Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Market new products with sales and product marketing teams

Required Qualification

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field

Proven 7-10 years of work experience in product management or as an associate product manager specially towards windows echo system

Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

Familiarity with agile software development methodology

Familiarity with MDM(Mobile Device Management) space
