Job Summary
Skill requirement: ¿ Experience in various areas of SDLC, with in depth of knowledge about various methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Testing etc. ¿ Quality Management Focus with exposure to SDLC, ISO, CMMI, ITIL, ETOM, Agile / DevOps. Any certifications on these is preferred ¿ Analytical Skills, have exposure to Six Sigma, Lean or Total Quality Management concepts ¿ Experience Defect, Prevention, Risk Management, Estimation, Configuration management, Process Improvement / Innovation etc ¿ Experience of Project Planning, Tracking & Monitoring, understanding of Software Metrics Definition & data Analysis ¿ Good Interpersonal, Written and Spoken Communication Skills ¿ Skilled in Process audits, Metrics, Root cause analysis (RCA) & process improvement Role: ¿ Reviewing entire / E2E development life cycle activities and work products to ensure Compliance with QMS processes like project planning, monitoring project performance GOALs, SLA & KPI monitoring, CIPs, training, configuration management, risk management etc ¿ Weekly monitoring of various health reports. collection and review of identified metrics. ¿ Steering the customization and implementation of Quality Strategy for the assigned portfolio, aligning to delivery leaders and other stakeholders¿ expectations ¿ Capturing the Customer Satisfaction Levels, Facilitating Identification of Improvement Actions, Action Implementation thereby helping improve Customer Satisfaction ¿ Driving the implementation of delivery practices, tools, standards, models and frameworks across the assigned portfolio ¿ Reviewing contracts before sign off, identifying contractual commitments, enabling effective tracking of commitments ¿ Driving effective risk management practices and initiatives across the portfolio, including early risk identification, mitigation and reporting ¿ Enabling the effective closure of internal / external assessment / audit findings by delivery teams ¿ Facilitating SLA Monitoring, Perform Metrics Analysis, drive management by metrics culture ¿ Identifying and facilitating Continuous Improvements including Automation Opportunities ¿ Facilitating the overall delivery governance and performance reporting across services for applicable projects, programs and portfolios ¿ Weekly monitoring of various health reports. collection and review of identified metrics. ¿ Facilitate, mentor and coach project teams on processes required during different stages of life cycle and project management
