Remote Accounts Payable Bookkeeper | WFH Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals based in the Philippines or other regions across Asia who thrive in a virtual working environment and possess expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounts payable process, including invoice coding, review, and processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with established company guidelines.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with vendors, addressing any inquiries or discrepancies related to payments.
• Maintain detailed and precise records of all accounts payable transactions to ensure financial integrity.
• Generate comprehensive reports reflecting accounts payable activities, adhering to internal controls and financial policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements, promptly resolving any inconsistencies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable reports for management review.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, preferably within the real estate lending or mortgage lending sectors.
• Strong comprehension of accounting principles and accounts payable methodologies.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a prerequisite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
