Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision and strategy for Microsoft Teams.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions, continuously improving the user experience and driving user engagement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success, defining metrics and tracking product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adjust product strategy accordingly.
- Engage with customers and internal preview users, prioritizing and addressing feedback.
- Establish a strong vision and roadmap, driving deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology.
- Champion and advocate for customers, representing their voice across teams and developing innovative ways to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Personal drive for impact and a strong passion for delivering the right customer experience.
- Ability to build deep relationships with internal teams and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success.
- Strong affinity for and experience in user-centered design and UX design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills through all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and service operations at scale.
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Leadership skills to communicate quantitative and qualitative data to various teams and create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to track and deliver on product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
