Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient Medical Logistics Manager to join our team remotely, overseeing and coordinating all logistics and material operations for an important repatriation initiative in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels through regular audits and timely restocking.
  • Oversee the processes for receiving and shipping medical supplies, ensuring adherence to proper labeling, packaging, and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of medical supplies to confirm compliance with quality standards and ensure safety for use.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receiving, shipping, and restocking activities.
  • Monitor critical information such as expiration dates and lot numbers to prevent wastage or misuse of medical products.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment, facilitating routine inspections and repairs with external service providers as required.
  • Ensure complete compliance of all medical products and equipment with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Promote effective communication with other departments and healthcare personnel to enhance logistics operations.
  • Collaborate closely with requestors, cataloging, purchasing, and supply chain management teams to streamline logistics processes.
  • Optimize the movement of personnel and equipment to maximize operational efficiency within the logistics framework.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PC/Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.
  • Extensive understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent data entry skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Must be a US Citizen or possess a permanent resident card.
  • Current MRPT Clearance is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: \(51,000 – \)125,000, reflecting background, experience, skills, and market data.
