Hiring Objective:We are confidentially hiring an experienced Head of Brand Strategy to lead and measure all brand touchpoints. This individual will play a pivotal role in elevating the company’s retail brand, with a focus on achieving critical objectives and key results. Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Brand Measurement: Establish key metrics for brand awareness, equity, and performance to assess and report on the success of brand campaigns.
  • Digital and Social Strategy: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, social media strategies, and content marketing to build a strong, consistent brand presence.
  • Budget Management: Manage substantial brand budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to achieve key brand goals.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver results that impact business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive the brand strategy forward.
