Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

· Contribute to various HR and organizational projects aimed at driving business outcomes and enhancing people impact.

· Lead Talent Management initiatives, focusing on Performance Management, Career Development, and Learning & Development (L&D).

· Support the onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

· Organize employee engagement activities and coordinate internal events.

· Maintain and update employee records within HR databases.

· Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with labor laws.

· Work closely with Finance in processing payroll and benefits administration.

· Offer guidance on employee relations matters and help mediate and resolve conflicts.

· Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

· MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR technology tools is a pluS.
