Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. Your team

Join the CFO division and become part of the DCFO Corporate Functions. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into finance business partnering to the Corporate Functions.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Finance business partner: collaborate with various corporate functions to provide financial insights and support, enabling the business to achieve its financial goals
• Financial reporting: prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Senior Management and relevant Divisional stakeholders
• Budgeting and Forecasting: contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts, perform deep dive financial analysis, by building, maintaining and improving financial models
• Process improvement: Support the enhancements of existing processes to increase efficiency and quality of financial reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades ideally in finance, banking, economics, data science, business administration or accounting (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative modelling skills
• Excellent Excel and data science skills
• Team player and professional interaction with stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, German is a plus and other languages an advantage
• Professional certifications like CFA is an advantage
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
