Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online lectures in your subject area (Physics, Botany, Zoology, chemistry, or Mathematics).
- Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
- Clarify student doubts and provide regular feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align content with curriculum standards.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant field; teaching experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
Pre-Screening Process
- Candidates must submit a demo video of at least 30 minutes demonstrating their teaching skills.
- The demo should be conducted using a digital board to showcase effective online teaching techniques.
