Key Responsibilities
Hydraulic Press Maintenance:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on hydraulic presses.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and controls.
- Replace or repair defective components to restore equipment functionality.
Mechanical Systems Maintenance
- Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and conveyors.
- Ensure proper alignment and lubrication of mechanical systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Troubleshooting And Repairs
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic issues.
Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 1 year working on hydraulic press systems.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
