Aubree Chocolaterie is seeking a Mid-Level Warehouse Packaging and Supplies Manager to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. As a crucial member of our supply chain, you will manage inventory, oversee packaging standards, and ensure efficient warehouse operations, contributing directly to our commitment to delivering exceptional quality to our customers.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management with the ability to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for tracking, organizing, and optimizing storage of goods and supplies.
• Competency in operating forklifts for the safe and efficient movement of products within the warehouse environment.
• Strong skills in quality inspection to ensure product standards are consistently met throughout the packaging process.
• Experience in supply chain coordination, ensuring timely procurement, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for efficient identification and tracking of inventory items.
• Expertise in order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders to meet customer demands.
• Commitment to safety compliance, adhering to established warehouse safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Maintain and update inventory records of packaging materials, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests when required.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory management principles.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of packaging materials.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Verify and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity compliance.

Storage & Handling

• Ensure proper storage conditions for packaging materials to prevent damage or contamination.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse/store area for easy access and efficient workflow.
• Implement safety and hygiene protocols in the storage area.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, purchases, and consumption.
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to the management.
• Keep track of material usage trends and suggest cost-saving measures.

Coordination With Production Team

• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely material availability.
• Address urgent packaging material requirements as per production demands.
• Provide recommendations for packaging material improvements or alternatives.
