Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and personable Front Desk Executive to join our growing team at Dr. Haror’s Wellness. This is a full-time, junior-level position located in Indore, Bangalore Urban, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing our front-end operations.
Qualifications And Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ability to interact professionally with clients, providing personalized assistance and resolving queries efficiently.
- CRM Software (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in using customer relationship management tools for enhanced customer engagement and service.
- Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Accurate and speedy data entry skills are essential for maintaining client records and other documents.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform essential clerical and organizational tasks.
- Scheduling Software: Skilled in using scheduling tools to organize appointments and meetings effectively.
- Multiline Phone System: Capability to manage and operate multiline telephone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to address client concerns calmly and tactfully to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, and ensure a pleasant and welcoming front desk environment.
- Manage the scheduling and confirmation of appointments accurately using our scheduling software.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain client records and update information using CRM software to enhance communication and service delivery.
- Assist in managing the flow of documents and information within the office to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle transactions and issue receipts for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks as required, which may include ordering supplies and managing office inventory.
