Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Admin Officer to join our team at our Mumbai office in Prabhadevi. This full-time position requires a proactive individual, aged 30 and above, with at least 5 years of experience in administration. The candidate will manage various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations within our dynamic work environment. The Admin Officer will support office staff, manage daily operations, and enhance our processes with their skills and initiative.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Any graduate, preferably B.Com.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to handle various administrative tasks daily. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in Database Management to efficiently organize, store, and retrieve necessary company information. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to maintain and improve client relations. (Mandatory skill)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operation of business processes.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical, aligning with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure proper coordination and support for various initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication internally and externally, acting as a point of contact for the administration team.
  • Manage stationery and printing, ensuring adequate supplies and smooth functioning of office resources.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure effective performance and productivity.
  • Handle property and resources management, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Address and resolve administrative complaints efficiently to ensure a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel and ticket bookings, for office staff.
  • Manage and schedule office events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Create and update records of administrative work daily; prepare regular reports and manage budget allocations.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, training sessions, and other company events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Provide customer support and handle client queries to maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Implement office management systems and procedures to reinforce companys administrative processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and standards aiming for operational excellence.
