Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Junior Social Media professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time role suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and a flair for engaging with diverse audiences.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven skill in social media engagement with the ability to connect with followers and build a community (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Instagram Insights to measure the performance and effectiveness of posts (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong copywriting skills to create compelling and engaging content (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in content creation that resonates with the target audience.
  • Proficiency in Canva for designing visually appealing graphics and social media posts.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite to manage pages and analyze performance metrics.
  • Understanding of customer reputation management and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging and relevant content for social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to adapt content strategy accordingly.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Assist in creating reports on social media performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
