We are looking for HR cum Admin Executive (Female) with the experience of 3 – 4 years.
Human Resources (HR)
Recruitment: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Onboarding: Assisting new hires with paperwork, orientation, and training.
Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, grievances.
Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits such as health insurance.
Administration
Managing office supplies and inventory.
Handling incoming and outgoing couriers
Maintaining filing systems and databases.
Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking.
Reception
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering phone calls and taking messages.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Keeping the entire office clean and organized.
Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Combining these roles can offer efficiency and flexibility, but it also requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills. It’s important to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure that all responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely manner.
