Job Title: Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
  • Oversee sales and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective cost control.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and timely updating of all financial transactions.
  • Process and monitor purchase orders, invoices, and receipts while ensuring timely payments.
  • Track and record expenses accurately, categorize expenses, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures and maintain professional correspondence with banking partners, resolve any banking issues,
  • Report generation and updation.
