Key Responsibilities
- Product Development and Management:
- Lead the end-to-end development of herbal and ayurvedic pharma products, from concept to market launch.
- Ensure product formulations comply with regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
- Monitor product life cycle and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze sales and performance data to optimize product positioning and market share.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the product portfolio effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design pricing, packaging, and promotional plans.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with the R&D team to innovate and improve product offerings.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement product launch plans.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training to the sales team on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve product-related queries from stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory standards for herbal and ayurvedic products.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate approvals and certifications.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage budgets for product development, marketing, and other operational activities.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining product quality and efficacy.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Herbal Pharma
