Position: Executive Assistant /Secretary to the M.D

Experience: 3 years

Salary:25000 -35000

Qualification-Graduate or Secretarial course

  • She should be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, diaries and travel arrangements for the director.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external departments, ensuring effective communication.
  • Answering calls and routing them to the right person.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Also, maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reminding the Managers/Executives of important tasks and deadlines
  • Checking & updating the delegation sheet on a regular basis, task assigned by MD.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute information as needed.
  • She should handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure the executive’s time is utilized effectively.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges, finding solutions to streamline processes.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and well-maintained work environment.
  • She must have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • She should be good in follow-up work.
  • Candidate should be multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.

  • Married female with kids is preferable.
  • Staying 40 minutes away from the office
