Roles And Responsibilities
Counselling Parents and Students visiting the Institute or over call, Working on the regular enquiry received about admissions and converting positive leads.
Taking follow-up from parents, Answering phones and calling in a professional manner, Making outbound phone calls.
Handling enquiries and leads generated through various sources viz. webinars, seminars, online/offline campaigns, database, etc, Handling academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents through telephone, video calls, and other mediums.
Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
Responsible for achieving individual admission targets, Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions, To be reasonably flexible in working arrangements and the allocation of duties.
