What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus)
