Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels (e.g., calling, emailing, networking, referrals).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings.

  • Proven experience as a sales representative.
