Job Profile : Account Assistant

Location : Ahmedabad

Qualification : Bcom / MCom

Experience : 1-3 Years

Salary : 15-20K CTC Per Month

Joining : Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Tasks:

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, data reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in generating reports.

HR Payroll Tasks

  • Support the HR team in payroll preparation, including salary calculations, leave adjustments, and ensuring timely processing.
  • Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing and verifying payroll reports and related documentation.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day administrative work, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence.
  • Perform advanced Excel-based tasks, including data entry, reporting, and application of formulas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless administrative and HR operations.
