Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Warangal, and Adilabad.
  • Identify and engage new clients, including contractors, builders, distributors, and industrial buyers.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure business retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close profitable deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis to management.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, and fabricated steel.
  • A well-established network in the Telangana region is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, dealer management, and industrial steel sales.
  • Understanding of steel pricing strategies and supply chain management.
