Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Warangal, and Adilabad.
- Identify and engage new clients, including contractors, builders, distributors, and industrial buyers.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure business retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close profitable deals.
- Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis to management.
Key Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, and fabricated steel.
- A well-established network in the Telangana region is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, dealer management, and industrial steel sales.
- Understanding of steel pricing strategies and supply chain management.
