Are you passionate about driving innovation in product development and ensuring excellence in manufacturing practices? We’re looking for a talented Formulation Scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during product development and transfer.
- Promote safety in all laboratory activities.
- Conduct comprehensive literature surveys and patent evaluations.
- Select excipients and create item codes for new raw materials and active ingredients.
- Perform preformulation and develop prototype formulations.
- Finalize prototype formulations and execute R&D stability studies.
- Ensure seamless technology transfer to the manufacturing site.
- Prepare detailed Product Development Reports (PDRs) in line with SOPs.
- Develop product feasibility summary reports.
- Prepare stability BMRs, scale-up BMRs, and stability protocols.
- Conduct Formulation Risk Assessments and document findings.
- Draft Master Formula Records (MFRs) and Technology Transfer Reports (TTRs).
What We’re Looking For
Strong expertise in R&D formulation development with min. 2 years of experience and related documentation.
In-depth knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance.
A proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills.
