Job Purpose

  • Lead a strategic approach in building business ecosystems with our existing and potential business clients thru collaboration, partnership or sales-related initiatives to create value for the clients.
  • Lead the growth, development and management of the business ecosystems

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic and anchor clients for ecosystem build
  • Develop scalable strategies that allow EW deliver appropriate value clients
  • Enable engagement and interaction with business clients and their suppliers, distributors, partners etc
  • Create value proposition and product bundling offers to business clients and its ecosystem
  • Manage relationships with the intent to increase product portfolio of client
  • Work with different business units to deliver proposition to clients
  • Data analysis on performance of activities done
  • Create programs , events and initiatives for acquisition and engagement of clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or start-up or financial institution
  • Field of Study: Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  • Business Development capacity
  • Knowledge of banking products, particularly Cash Management and Trade Finance
