Help Desk Coordinator/Junior Analyst – Remote

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support for customer inquiries via email and phone
• Verify data accuracy within the State FCWD User Interface and validate data using the FMCSA Gateway website
• Handle the processing and management of conviction and withdrawal data from State Driver Licensing Agencies
• Communicate data status and issues effectively while meeting deadlines
• Participate in training, quality assurance, and additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Business Lead

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Analyst or relevant experience with technology tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office suite

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with BMC Remedy as a ticketing system and Nextiva for calls and voice
• Basic SQL Server skills
• Experience working in high-visibility, high-pressure environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
