What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support for customer inquiries via email and phone
- Verify data accuracy within the State FCWD User Interface and validate data using the FMCSA Gateway website
- Handle the processing and management of conviction and withdrawal data from State Driver Licensing Agencies
- Communicate data status and issues effectively while meeting deadlines
- Participate in training, quality assurance, and additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Business Lead
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Analyst or relevant experience with technology tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office suite
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with BMC Remedy as a ticketing system and Nextiva for calls and voice
- Basic SQL Server skills
- Experience working in high-visibility, high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
