Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Turkish and English
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure quality service

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Turkish and English (C1 level) – both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Must be based in Mosta or nearby areas
