Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Turkish and English
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure quality service
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish and English (C1 level) – both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Must be based in Mosta or nearby areas
