Job Title: Contact Centre Agent (Italian + English, C1)
Location: Malta (On-Site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in Italian and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Foster a positive and professional working atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level).
- Experience in customer service or a call centre environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet performance targets.
