Job Title: Contact Centre Agent (Italian + English, C1)

Location: Malta (On-Site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in Italian and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
  • Foster a positive and professional working atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level).
  • Experience in customer service or a call centre environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet performance targets.
