Role Description
We are seeking a Director of Operations to join Planled Inc. in Gig Harbor, WA. This full-time, on-site role will be pivotal in managing daily operations, expanding infrastructure, and driving organizational growth as we enter a season of rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize operational processes and infrastructure
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency
- Lead hiring, training, and team development
- Implement strategies to support company growth and scalability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to build infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and inspire
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
