  • Gather pain points from stakeholders
  • Analyze business pain points under line manager’s guidance to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
  • Utilize communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
  • Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback, and make necessary refinements

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or having less than 1 year of experience in related fields.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down problems and generate feasible solutions
  • Having knowledge of UI/UX and be able to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Tech-savvy person who loves to experience new features and tools
