About The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in enabling our management team to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
  • Providing light inbox management and flagging key emails.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, and other documents.
  • Taking minutes, tracking, and following up on actions.
  • Supporting strategy days, events, and key projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of a smaller, start up or scale up business would be ideal.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.
