- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
- Doing Cold calls, sending email to generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with inbound leads to generate revenue and build relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product/service recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Record and track the sales activities using ERP tools.
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information, sales activities, and leads.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries (through enquiry number/email) and work effectively.
- Act as a point of contact between sales and respective teams. (For site visit coordination/Evaluation of existing establishment/validating the requirement/report vetting etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and prepare marketing planner.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, report segregation.
- Any other task as assigned by reporting head time to time
