  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Doing Cold calls, sending email to generate sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with inbound leads to generate revenue and build relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide product/service recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Record and track the sales activities using ERP tools.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing proposals.
  • Maintain an organized database of customer information, sales activities, and leads.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries (through enquiry number/email) and work effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact between sales and respective teams. (For site visit coordination/Evaluation of existing establishment/validating the requirement/report vetting etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and prepare marketing planner.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, report segregation.
  • Any other task as assigned by reporting head time to time
