Intern – Digital Product Management

As a bolttech intern…

You will have the opportunity to…

• Shadow and assist Product Owners to create and manage insurance product solutions – to drive new insurance products and features from concept to launch, and to conduct in-depth analysis product performance to evaluate future iterations.
• Gather insights on product adoption, track KPIs, analyze data, customer behavior throughout the digital journey, and propose suggestions to improve conversion rate and customer acquisition.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for business performance optimization.
• Visualize the data and develop reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations.
• Participate in the digital product release cycle (from requirement elicitation, gap analysis, user acceptance testing to product releases) and provide assistance along the journey. To learn how agile works in the real world.

What We Are Looking For…

• Passion for digital initiatives and process enhancement through technology enablement.
• Curious when it comes to understanding situations, problem solving, and solutioning, and perseverance when it comes to developing solutions.
• You are a self-starter and able to work independently, keen to build relationships across a wide variety of co-workers as well as to collaborate well with others via a virtual environment.
• Able to articulate ideas and strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in both written and verbal communication in English, and Chinese (preferred).
