- Initiate, lead, and oversee the execution of major CX projects including but not limited to listing improvement, payment solutions, fulfillment improvement, and after-sales services
- Review and make solid improvement recommendations based on sound analysis, critical thought, business intuition, and commercial judgment
- Create an effective system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization
- Coordinate with MKT/ BD/ BI/ Product team to perform data analysis, market research to generate key insight for strategy development
- Align directions with Management and related functions on topics being solved
- Create presentations and updates for internal/ management meetings
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in Tech/ Operations/ Consulting/ Ecommerce or relevant industries
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills for insight and problem-solving (data-based decision-making)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Be opened, flexible and enjoyed fast-paced environment
- Good at writing and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
