We are a Manchester-based civil engineering and utility services group, continuing our major expansion plans in 2025 targeting a strengthening of its workforce by up to 20%. Bethell, which has operated in the Northwest for over 150 years, has a significant number of framework contracts with the Utility sector, Local Authorities and key infrastructure clients. Who Do We Need

Bethell Utility Services, part of Bethell Group, are continuing to build on the reputation as one of the leading ICP’s in North West. We have an ever-increasing large scale project pipeline for EV chargepoint installations across the UK, along with multi utility projects for housing/ industrial and commercial developments. We are now looking to bring in an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage, supervise and deliver various projects with any electrically biased aspect.

As our new electrical supervisor you will work collaboratively with the client, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors and other professionals to support Bethell Utility Services processes, and always take a proactive stance towards Safety. You will have at least minimum 5 years’ experience working within the MU / Electricity industry, with minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role. As a problem solver you can apply a range of analytical techniques to understand complex information issues, and be able to cope under pressure and manage a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives.

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the MU / Electricity industry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• CITB SMSTS Site Manager Safety Training Scheme
• NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor
• Substation Access
• Fusing & Linking
• IDNO Authorisations
• Full clean driving licence
• First Aid Training 3 Day
