To be part of our dynamic, passionate world we are looking for a “Human Resources Business Partner” to be charged in our HUGO BOSS Izmir factory.

What You Can Expect

• Building, applying and following up HR strategies with departments and production,
• Execution of projects in order to develop HR KPIs ,
• Developing and applying performance & career and motivation management practices,
• Taking role in development, follow up and guidance of talents,
• Mentoring employees,
• Taking role in workforce need and training needs analysis,
• Taking active role in clock in-out, legal affairs, disciplinary actions, employee satisfaction surveys etc.

Your Profile

• Graduated from Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or related departments
• Knowledge Business English and/or German
• Experienced in personnel affairs processes, legal statue, performance & career and motivation management
• Experienced in a similar position in a factory environment
• Knowledge of SAP HR module
• Dynamic, has good communication skills, good at teamwork
